Shipping Policy + FAQ

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Large Sales over 40% off can take up to 14 business days to ship.

We currently offer FREE USPS First Class Shipping on all orders over $50! Once shipped, orders should be received within 4-5 business days from USPS. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of your order scanning into USPS, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Orders can be counted as lost after 2 weeks of no tracking update. We are not responsible for items marked delivered. 

we cannot apply codes retroactively. If you have a code to use, please enter it at checkout! 


Need to change the shipping address? Please email within 1 hour of your order with the subject ADDRESS CHANGE and include your correct address and order number. If your order has not shipped, we will change the shipping address. 


Please do not order preorder items with ready to ship items in the same order-they will all ship together when the preorder items come in!


We can not cancel preorders after preorder has closed-we can only swap sizes. 

If you receive a mix up, we will pay the return label to send it back. We do need the items back to then fulfill the correct order. Only one person packs all orders, so we apologize for any human error! 




We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return. We also ask that the buyer pay the return shipping on unopened and undamaged items. We also accept size swaps the same way.

Mama Bird Boutique items are not eligible for returns unless defective-we dropship our boutique items and they are final sale since we do not stock them in our own warehouse.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days of delivery at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but damaged or defective items can be replace and/or refunded. 

Please note that all clearance sale items, imperfect sale items, and price point sale items are not eligible for returns- these are final sale. 

We cannot cancel your preorder after preorder is closed! If you need to edit or cancel, please do so before the preorder closes. We order numbers based on orders.


SALE items (in the Sale tab OR marked down 40% or more) are finale sale!

Our boutique items are made to order and are only returnable if defective. We cannot exchange for other sizes or return, as they are made for each specific order and shipped directly from our supplier. Please pay attention to size charts ahead of time. Graphic tees and sweatshirts may take up to 10 business days to ship, while regular clothing items often ship within 1-2 business days. Therefore, any edits or cancellations to an order need to be sent the same day or we cannot cancel. 

Our mom bamboo items follow the same policy as our other bamboo items and are eligible for returns the same way as bamboo  






Why is bamboo better? 

For one, Bamboo is better for the environment! But also, bamboo is higher quality and softer than other materials. Children that have skin conditions like eczema or that have allergies to cotton and other blends often switch to bamboo to keep their skin safe! Bamboo is also about 40% more absorbent than cotton, so it is moisture-wicking and keeps baby dryer and cooler than other fabrics! 


What is your bamboo blend? 

Our bamboo is 95% viscose bamboo and 5% spandex  



Do you have a size chart? 

Yes, head to the Size Chart tab and we have sizing for all items!


Do you work with influencers?

Do you have discount codes? 

We always offer free shipping and 10% off your first order when you sign up for our newsletter. As well, we offer exclusive discounts and flash sales in our Facebook group, Little Bird Bamboo VIPs


Do you take design submissions? 

We love working with small designers! You can submit an email with your designs and rates to and we will get back to you with interest!  


 Do you need models? 

We will post on our Instagram and Facebook Group if we are looking for reps or models at any time! As well, you can always tag us on Instagram and we will repost your photos. 



How should I wash? 


To keep your bamboo in the best shape, we recommend washing on delicate and cold. You can hang dry or tumble dry on low heat for best results! 


We accept cancellations when made within 24 hours of the order being made IF the order has not yet shipped. On Pre-orders, we cannot accept cancellations if the pre-orders have closed. If you made a mistake on an order or ordered the wrong size, please reach out to info@littlebirdbamboo.come with the subject CANCEL ORDER within 24 hours of your order being made.
